NES Printer Online

I bought a printer from this business which only lasted nine months and they are refusing to help me unless I go to the manufacturer first.

This business either doesn't understand Australian Consumer Law or is choosing to ignore it. I have had the most frustrating week trying to explain that my printer doesn't work and that I am entitled to a refund because it is a major fault. They keep on insisting that I deal with Hewlett Packard first and I cannot get a refund because it is more than 30 days since I bought the printer. They are telling me that Hewlett Packard will either fix the printer or issue a Return Authorisation letter and the business will only accept a return if I am given the RA letter. Even if that does happen, they believe I am only entitled to a replacement. They also insist that I deal with Hewlett Packard first because they believe I may only need to change a toner cartridge. I am not stupid; the green ready light and orange attention light keep on blinking, the menu screen is blank (previously it was showing an error code until I did a hard reset as instructed by Hewlett Packard), and the printer will not print at all. Hewlett Packard also asked me to print a supplies status page and I couldn't do it because of the blank control panel. I only bought the printer on 15 January 2021 but it stopped working on 10 September 2021. I have already reported them to the ACCC and I suggest that others do the same if they have a similar experience. In the meantime I have contacted Hewlett Packard for assistance because I feel that I have no choice BUT to contact the manufacturer. This is one of the most difficult sellers I have ever come across.

Bouth a Printer that arrived Faulty. It never printer a single page. When I returned it, they won't give me a refund, and accused me of using the printer. Over two months now without refund. Also mentioned that if they fix it, they would charge me!!

Don't use this Company, as they can't be trusted. Very Dodgey!

Do you not purchase anything from this company! You will never receive it or get your money back! I am a mum with 2 young kids, I make cakes for an income, I ordered a printer with edible ink, I never received it And I never got my refund! I am now out of pocket not only $300 for the printer but I also had to give a $500 cake away for free because it was not want the customer wanted! Trust me you'll be out of pocket!
