Sydney Tools

To be fair to businesses I have a 3 strike policy, some years ago Sydney Tools Castle Hill reached 3 strikes in just 3 visits. Today I broke my own policy & made an enquiry once again, only to be smirked at for my very obvious difference by the guy who I first spoke to. My partner was there to witness the behaviour of all staff at the counter who stopped & stared, causing the customers each of them were serving to stop & look also. The most unprofessional behaviour I have ever encountered.

I'd like Sydney Tools to know that the small item I enquired about was only part of my needs today, I subsequently purchased $2360 worth of tools from Total Tools at Penrith - brilliant service without any prejudice.
