Be aware!!. .. these people ripoff customer ... saying miscommunication, easy answer miscommunication.

I gave my watch to fix them which was under warranty and can be easily know that's a manufacturing defect, as there was not enough glue to hold the ring. I lost the ring out of the glass which stays there just for show.

After the inspection they ask to pay which I agree and did pay, after a month they call me back saying your watch has arrived. when I went to get it, was in exactly same condition that I left to be fixed. when I ask them what did you fix, they replied they change battery and check pressure. If I still want to fix I need to pay again.

They did the mistake from their side and asking me to pay again, this is not fair. ... it's the miscommunication between their team inside their organisation and they are responsible for it.
