is always available when we need him. He continues to go out of his way helping us when we need to change our appliances. Even when he can sell the product he still helps us with making the best decision.

Michael is first class... Has always helped us for at least 5 years. The other reviews are obviously people that were disappointed their job wasn't warranty as I can not& have never faulted his PR and attendance. If you want to believe these feedbacks and not use him based on them, it'll be your loss.... And even if he's been short with people, I imagine sooner or later you get sick of it....

Michael is no doubt sick of the sight of my machines as we have had countless issues with them due to manufacturer issues - Michael has been extremely helpful in supporting my business in this battle for which I am grateful!

Do not use this person’s services unless you want to be treated with utter rudeness, disrespect and sarcasm. Also, his finished result was just as appalling as his attitude.

Every time when I make a phone call for his service, he would become very irrationality aggressive. Would not recommend at all !!

Just rang for Spare Part for washing machine, was told you dont sell spare parts so maybe you should takeit off your advert and save peoples time

Called Michael regarding a dishwasher repair, he was 'too busy' to speak to me & ended up shutting the phone on my face. Would not recommend unless your ready to be dealt with disrespect. Disgusting customer service skills.
