We paid $500 for a "full detail" on our car, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The company had our car for an entire week, and when we finally got it back—after having to chase them for updates—the interior was completely soaked, as though they had used a pressure washer (or gerni) on the inside of the car. The owner claimed it would take 1-2 days to dry out, but after THREE days, the seats were still completely drenched, and the car had a foul, mouldy smell.



We had to hire industrial dryers, keep the car in the garage for FOUR DAYS with the windows down, and use multiple DampRid products just to try to dry out the car—this cost us an additional $150 on top of the $500 we already spent. To make matters worse, when I called to complain, the owner refused to deal with me (a woman) and insisted on speaking to my partner instead. He then made several sexist comments, including stating that "only 20% of women drive cars" and that "they don’t know anything about cars—they can do grocery shopping and cooking." He even had the nerve to mansplain to me what a door hinge was, using that as an explanation for why the seats were so wet, as if that was somehow relevant to the situation.



But it doesn't end there. On top of all the mess and disrespect, the company also damaged the tint on our back window. Since the "detail," the electronics in the car have been malfunctioning, the ABS light is now on, and the roof light bar doesn't work at all.



This company has caused us nothing but headaches, wasted time, and money. If you value your car and your dignity, stay as far away from this place as possible. Save yourself the stress and avoid dealing with this unprofessional, sexist, and careless business!
