Caffe Uffizi

I have Crohn's disease - horrible illness, and bane of my life. The worst thing is not knowing if I can leave the house in case I need to use a bathroom. It was around 8pm. Bathroom across the road was closed. I was urgent. It was after hours but the lights were on and the manager and two others were inside working. Wouldn't even come to the door when I asked. I had to shout, "I HAVE CROHN'S AND I REALLY NEED TO USE THE BATHROOM". Just a no. Thankfully another store down the road treated me like a human being. I'd been to Uffizi before as a customer. It was embarrassing, disrespectful, and showed what he thinks of other human beings: doesn't care.
