Uticolor Newcastle

I recently had Brett and his lovely wife come and clean and repair our leather lounge. Well what a cracking job they did. The lounge was brought back to new condition and I had 3 repairs carried out by Brett. I had previously had one of the defects repaired by another company and it was still very noticable. I was absolutely amazed at the care that Brett took in matching the color exactly and workmanship he showed in repairing the defects, to the point where they are completely unnoticable. I would highly recommend Brett and will definately use his services again.

Brett arrived promptly last Friday and proceeded to remove a red dye transfer from cushions used on my cream leather lounge. He prepared and then resprayed the affected areas of the lounge. Afterwards I was asked to inspect the work and I was very impressed. I did not use the lounge for 24 hours as instructed and then applied Guardsman leather protector and the lounge looks as good as new.
Brett gave me advice about choosing cushions and coverings that are made of materials that may transfer dye on to the lounge.
I can definitely recommend Uticolor Newcastle.

I had my white leather lounge cleaned today. Brett from Uitcolor was introduced to me by another lounger cleaner as they weren't able to achieve the results I was expecting. He was sent to restore my lounge (and actually I was wondering how it would look, I thought I may have to buy a new lounge because of the damage). The results that Uitcolor achieved in cleaning and restoring my white leather lounge have been nothing short of amazing! I am over the moon as to how my lounge looks! It almost looks like it has just been delivered, brand new! I can highly recommend using Uticolor, Brett and his wife Deanne were friendly, courteous, provided protection for my polished floors and did an outstanding job. Brett and his wife cleaned and conditioned my leather lounge it came up like brand new it feels nice and soft and looks great nice and clean both Brett and his wife were friendly and professional didn't take very long to do job I would recommend them and will get my lounge cleaned by them next time Taa Diana

I've just had Brett from Uticolor come to clean and do a repair to a leather lounge with a small tear.I was very impressed with the cleaning and repair that he did.I would highly recommend Uticolor for this type of job.

I am a professional decorator and engaged the local Uticolor franchisee to clean my white leather lounge. It was not heavily soiled, I just wanted a freshen up.
This man arrived 40 minutes late with no apology or explanation. He proceeded to use some kind of scrubbing brush and soapy water on my Italian leather lounge. 28 minutes later he said he was finished and held out his hand for $120. He refused to give me a receipt unless I paid him extra. After the 'cleaning' the leather appeared rough, dry and patchy. It had lost much of the softness and gleam from the factory finishing. I contacted head office and was told I was using the wrong type of leather polish on this lounge. I have had this lounge for three years and had no problem with it. Now it is porous and rough and soils very easily. This lounge will never be the same again. I am really unhappy with this service and would not recommend to clients.
