Fossil

I purchased a watch from Fossil over a year ago and recently had to return for repair (was under warranty). The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to make sure everything was sorted. Everything was resolved quickly and the watch was returned quicker than expected. Great customer service and a pleasant experience.
