BCC Cinemas Capalaba

If you have visited Capalaba bcc pictures you may have noticed the male latrine condition. Smelly and visually horrible .Lack of water flushing.I have now tried many times to get Management to fix this.Have started emailing them still with no luck. Does anyone have any contacts with this group to fix this?Have a photo of condition that I can pm if you like.



The womens facilities aren't any better. We often go there for the cheaper movies. For the past 3x I have been I have spoken to the manager on duty about the condition and smells of the toilets. The floors are covered with toilet paper, the toilets are rarely flushed (not sure if there is an issue or if patrons are lazy) and there is often pools of water over the floor from the taps as the hand driers are at either end. We often use the disabled toilets when I have my son with me. He has a disability but not in a wheelchair. I have been yelled at twice now by people in wheelchairs for using the disabled toilets. My son wears his head phones in and we have access to his companion card but never bother using it as the movies are cheap enough there. Im just finding that I don't enjoy going there any more

I was in cinema 4 this afternoon and the cinema stunk. There was this terrible smell and it made it very unpleasant. Dont think ill go back.

Got abuse and bullied in Event Cinema Capalaba by someone who took our seats. Complained to the management. They removed us instead of the offender and the offender sat in the Cinema comfortably and watched the movie. Whole family were stressed and surprised by EVENT Cinema's action.
Since EVENT Cinemas Capalaba allows bully, and abusive people to get away with their behaviour, I strongly suggest to avoid going to this Cinema.

How 2 highly intoxicated boys got into a family movie is beyond me!!!! Within 2 minutes of them seating themselves infront of myself and kids they threw there food at the screen and one of them began to violently throw up down the curtain, then over the chair in front of him, this continued for nearly 10minutes until I had enough and went to get someone!!!! Whilst waiting for someone other than the 2 young girls that they were going to send in and I stopped they stumbled out of movie. The smell of vomit was overwhelming!!!!! At the end of movie they then sent a young girl in for clean up who had no idea what she was about to walk through as it was still dark. Disgusting
