APC Prosthetics ??? Northmead

Ni, what was discussed last time was that I had to pay another obscene amount for another prosthetic when the first one should have been done right. As for you having it approved by an independent what ever, Dimon they know how it feels for me to wear your inferior product?? NO THEY DONT. You guys had no interest on helping me. After I told courtney about the socket design needing to changed from the adjustable door type with the strings that constantly break & I don't feel safe in to the full enclosed socket ^ that I would pay for that myself, all she was concerned about was the ndis funding side. Is that because you can change more to the ndis!? I don't know. All I know is your company is not the caring kind place you make it out to be.

after my latest experience with the charlestown office I feel they really should give more consideration to the clients needs & well being instead of thier bottom line. they charged me over $20,000 for a prosthetic that is unusable, it is my spare so i didnt use ot for quite some time & when i tried to use it i discovered that the foot was totally different & even the socket was not identical to the original! i asked them why the sockets were different & courtney (prosthetist) had no idea why it was different & when asked why the foot itself was different she said it was because i had said previously that one day I'd like to get back working so she put on a foot that's for workin. problem is I didn't ask for that as I know I'm a couple years at least away from getting back to work. I spoke to them about it all but they won't do anything to help me, all they wanted to do was charge me for a replacement. very disappointing
