McDonald's

I was a t the new Charlestown store for my grandchildren's birthday party on Saturday 3 February 2018 and ordered a mocha coffee. The coffee I was made was undrinkable with apparently 4 tablespoons of cocoa in it. A lovely staff member whose name I think was Janice (I hope this is correct) who noticed as she walked past our table that I hadn't drunk the coffee. When I mentioned that it was not nice, she insisted she replace it with another coffee and proceeded to go inside and personally made me another mocha. She then brought it to me and waited to see if it was to my liking. She apologised for the first coffee and explained that the "recipe" that some stores follow is incorrect and results in coffees that are not drinkable. She was hoping to pass on the issue to other crew trainers and advised me to ask for half strength cocoa in a mocha in the future just to be on the safe side. I thought this staff member's actions and genuine concern to make sure the customer had a great experience at the store was outstanding and she should be commended and appropriately mentioned.
