Ken and his crew, Brad and Eric, always go above a beyond. They are friendly, helpful, talented mechanics. Their prices are always fair and their results are excellent. They pick up and deliver which is excellent when your busy. They have kept our cars running well for about 17 years, since we first started there. I have no hesitation in recommending them as wonderful mechanics and also as mechanics who are happy to listen to, and talk to, women about their cars. Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit when you have a problem.

Ken has been looking after me and my cars for 10 yrs and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else even though I've moved away from his area. Seriously the best mechanic ever! My window wouldnt wind up yesterday and i wanted to somehow have it up so no one would break in my car over the weekend, so they squeezed me in to temporarily fix it until i have the money! They even gave me a lift to work while they kept my car! THE ABSOLUTE BEST MECHANIC! Best service and the friendliest people! Would definetely 100% recommend!

I live in Sydney and on my way to central coast for a visit, mid way my car over heated. I decided to take my car to Twin Lakes Automotive were i met Ken Butcher along with his team member quickly proceeded to diagnose the overheating problem. Ken was quick to find out the problem and humbly requested time to work on the car. Since i live 100 kms away from this workshop he offered to make it easy for me to receive the car on a Saturday, a day which he usually works alternately in a month. The job was done at a cheap cost. I thank Ken and his team for their help and I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to contact Twin Lake Automotive if they are around the area and if they encounter a problem with their car.
