Cobbler Plus

Horrendous-charged me $209.25 for initials"SA" on 15 metal items-took less than 10 minutes to do. I have been a regular customer for years buying knives/watches/getting keys cut and items engraved-Never AGAIN.

Shoes not ready (left there a Saturday to be picked up 1 week later Saturday!!!) and told to come one day later. After telling not possible said to come back after an hour. Work baldy executed (very badly actually). I Spent $180 (2 pairs -man shoes- rubber soles and rubber heels). For that price that should have been 1st class work and service. Will never see me again.

Do not use them. Received verbal quote to sole a brand new shoe for $29.95. I wrote my details on their quote receipt. She wrote something on it and I didnt check it. Returned to pick up shoe and was charged $79.95. They said I agreed to it because she wrote it on piece of paper. Bunch of SCAMMERS. I told I was disappointed that they did that and left. I have never been charged $80 to just put non slip soles on bottom of shoes. At other places I am usually charged $50 for soles and replacement of wooden heels. Chatswood Cobbler Plus seems to think that $80 is fair price!! On top of that I dont think they even did a good job. You can clearly see the glue marks on both shoe where it has leaked around the edges. You have been warned.
