Duraflex Group

I bought a Thomas Sabo watch from Duraflex Group among other things for my sisters Christmas back in June 2017 gave to my sister for her Christmas and watch didn’t work. I rang early January to advise watch didn’t work and asked if I could swap for another one. They told me to take to nearers distributor jeweller being in Belmont who tested and put in new battery. My sister asked could she swap he was very rude obviously because it had been purchased on line as he asked why it wasn’t purchased from them. My sister, being a jeweller herself mentioned it was too big anyway and needed couple links taken out. When jeweller returned with watch he’d taken out the links then charged her for doing so. I’ve called Duraflex to advise this and asked can I swap for another watch that my sister does want but they won’t because the jeweller has taken out the links and told me because it was bought that long ago which I thinks ridiculous as it’s still under 12 months and never been worn. I feel Duraflex have passed the buck they’re customer service is awful and I will never use them again $ 450 down the drain..... so angry.....
