We walked in with our son this afternoon.

A staff called Lisa did the hair cut for our son.

Once we asked whether she can cut a bit more short on the edge, she then turned to be very upset :" I need to charge you twice if you want me to do more. You should have told me how to do beforehand." I said :" How do we know before you finish? We dont want to say anything until you finish to show our respect to your work."

She also didnt allow us to say how we want our son's hair to look like.

Her attitude is very rude and very commanding.

We didnt want to make any negative conversation with her since our son's head was under her scissor.

It was a very unpleasant experience with her.
