No Gaps Dental

I visited No Gaps in Chatswood and it was one of the most horrendous experiences I've ever had EVER. The dentist was probably the most arrogant medical "professional" I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. At the start he appeared like a normal person and I thought he seemed like a well mannered individual. However, he kept pushing unnecessary treatments and when I challenged him (politely) it was like a switch flipped.



He then proceeded to give me what was like torture. Blood dripping from my mouth, teeth sore and gums cut, I left the clinic after what was a stunningly short amount of time. Based on my experience, I'd say go somewhere else.

The team were very friendly. There is parking under the building accessed at the rear. Great value with the No Gaps on basic treatment

Don't trust the Google reviews for this place. The dentist was almost forcing me to write positive Google reviews. He seemed really persistent and I felt intimidated. Take a look at them and you'll notice that a lot are written by those with fairly new accounts/few reviews. Seems like a dishonest dentist practice.

Went to see Dr Machida and was absolutely appalled. He chipped my tooth and told me I needed a filling to fill it. I think he’s immoral and unethical.

He rushed through a standard clean and scale. Kept saying I needed multiple filings when no other dentist has said that. Quite harsh cleaning as well...

Dentist that I've seen before seemed good first time. Then all of sudden he say need multiple fillings. Teeth was same as before... Why?

The dentist I had seemed quit skilled and experienced. She took time to properly clean my teeth and assess my oral health and she appeared to know what she was doing. However, I feel the service from No Gaps was lacking and they don't seem that professional as a business. I also felt pressured to leave positive reviews which always gives a bad vibe. It is quite affordable if you have a private health fund. Little to no gap depending on what you want to do. Overall an adequate dentist practice.

Not good dentist who I think chipped my tooth. I believe he probably did it on purpose when I questioned what he was saying. I also refused to do extra unnecessary treatments.

It's cheap (no gap) and simples. They are really quick and it's over in no time. A bit weird dentists though.

The quality of dentists varies a lot. I saw one male dentist who was bloody terrible. He put in multiple fillings that I don't think I needed, he kept pressuring me. All were done in one short sitting along with a clean and scale. The whole process was too quick and I don't think care was taken. I felt like it was a money grab. A female dentist there is good though. She took a lot of care and explained everything in detail.
