Disgusting service

Absolutely shocking! Rude and won't listen to customer. Would rather yell over them when faced with a real fault that has not occurred on our end. Won't uphold warranty so don't bother.

No wonder they have no online presence, they suck at what they do

I took my apple watch to Oz Tech Repairs to have the glass replaced on 21st August. It was returned in pieces on 2nd October 2020.



After 8 weeks I still do not know who is the owner of the business or who is the person responsible. There is a tag team of approximately five people who lied continuously over the 8 weeks.



After weeks of stress, many personal visits, many false promises, many lies my previously working watch has been trashed. They consistently failed to answer the phone and so necessitated my having to visit their store. On every occasion, I visited them I expected they would be closed for business.



They were grossly unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent.



At one point they had charged me $790. I paid $420 in cash and $370 online. They said the $370 was in error however to wait for the charges to be corrected caused me some distress.



I have received a partial refund.

I have not received any acknowledgement or apology for their incompetence or for ruining my watch.



I tried to talk to them on a number of occasions however no one took responsibility, there are too many people and too many lies to make sense of anything.



I feel they abused me as a senior citizen, and took advantage of the situation on every occasion.
