Unprofessional staff and manager, trying to ripe you off with expensive lenses. They have NO return policies and couldn't offer a legitimate explanation. The female manager is particularly rude and have no sense of customer service. Stay away!

I called the store inquiring about their Porsche design glasses. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and didn't want to help me at all. She ended up hanging up on me after I asked what kind of casing the glasses come in. I was very polite on the phone and just wanted to find out more about the product before I came in. If your looking for service, don't go here.

after spending three afternoons in a different shop, I walked in and had found the frame I wanted after 30 minutes.

Chose the lenses. Picked up my glasses, which are my fourth pair of multifocal lenses. I can wholeheartedly say, this is by far the best quality lens, they immediately felt good, no days of "getting used to" time.

Not very responsible people. Sold me a pair of glasses that don't fit me very well. I only found this out after a few visits back to the store and they still couldn't fix the problem. They are experienced professionals and they should have easily seen that my nose bridge was not high enough for the frame, but they didn't tell me that.

What made me really upset is that they even told me it was common, because asian's nose bridge is generally lower than westerners and a lot of glasses are made for westerners. They knew it was common!

When you buy a sophisticated item like glasses, you should choose a place where people are responsible and willing to share knowledge with you.

Not very responsible business people.
