have been to sumsung Chatswood Westfield on 27th December 2017 just last week to asked for exchange my phone s8 my package is in the box also just bought the phone 2days ago I would like to have something instead and same price or more expensive Customer service his name is Daniel he been very rude to me talking about I couldn’t exchange anything from sumsung , I told him I bought it from Westfield Sydney can I exchange ?he said very difficult they not gonna give me exchange if I don’t have a good reason ! And will be in 0 it’s mean very hard to exchange thing from sumsung ,he keep talking to me about 10mins everything he said negative when I call the shop they didn’t ask me anything and I can exchange anytime because is in good quality also just bought it He so negative service ,helpless ,rude shouldn’t be customers service at sumsung I feel very disappointed to asked him and drive along way need some help from sumsung customer service
