My orthodontist advised against tooth implantation, but I still went ahead to have a tooth implant instead of a bridge. Since last year, I have been placed in the care of a specialist team which includes Dr Sakshi Gupta. A few months ago at her practice, Dr Gupta used 3D imaging technology to scan inside my oral cavity, and from the image file instantly created from the scan, a lab technician could make moulds of my teeth and gums. A few weeks ago I also had a colour match. Im about to take the last step which is to have a crown made and screwed onto the abutment. Im very excited! Not only my whole family are now seeing Dr Gupta, but I would also recommend anyone who needs tooth implants to go and see her!
