I only go here for repeat scripts or minor sicknesses. I havdnt had a problem before untill today.
Receptions was very rude.
My medicare card was expired and she was very brumpt in telling me that it says on the back of the medicare card that i must provide an update to date card. Im sorry who reads the back of there card before the pop into the doctor.
After she spoke to Medicare she was very rude in telling me that it was my responsiblity to ring medicare.
You work in customer service and are greeting patients, it would be a much more pleasent experience if you were polite in your language and the tone in which you speak to patients.

Docotor and Pharmacy were very nice.

My son was having viral infection from last ten days.I took my son to the doctor.We ask the doctor to change the antibiotics but the doctor said u don't need medicine just need to care of him at home.Even previous doctor prescribed the antibiotics and the doctor at wells road said don't give him.Doctor said there is no treatment for the viral infection and he said just give Panadol but we told him ,we have already finish 3bottles of panadol.Doctor said if the temperature is too high put your child into the cold bath.Which is practically impossible .Please don't waste your time ,please see the other general practitioners .Everytime you go there ,100% there will be different doctor.I would never recommend.

were rude and unprofessional. after tellin me to wait for my previous doctors records of 7 years to be faxed to them they refused to read them and not give help i needed as they said they didnt know anything about my history.. extreme pathetic practice, do not recommend going there . and was extremly noisey for place where sick people go .. i would only give rating of -1 but had to click star
