I felt like these guys actually didn't want to make a sale; they were rude and asked why I was there.



Some employee named Connor, went off a little and ask "who I was", then implied I was from another dealership and spying on prices? (You are aware many of them are online? That's why I dropped in, because I saw cars I was interested in.)

Odd way to welcome a potential buyer...



I just wanted to look at a few options for my daughter, and I have never felt so unwelcome as a customer in my life.



I will be going somewhere else to find a car, and I suggest this shop goes through training on how to deal with and speak to clients.

The sales team here is weird; throw lies around like you are the stupidest human alive... (tried to tell me cars appreciate before they depreciates).



Conner, you need better sales tactics than telling people the reason the car is so highly-priced is that you guys bought it at too high of a price. Soooo, that is called a Capital Loss and it is literally not on the client to fix that problem for you.

A 1 year old car with a year worth of km built up, does not cost the same as that car did brand new, and no, IT DID NOT appreciate.... 🤦🏼‍♀️



A week later, this car I was interested in was priced 1k less than 'the absolute lowest they could go', which tickled me, but it is still overpriced.



Scummy, overpriced, and the absolute definition of dogey used car salemen.



Do yourself a favour, go LITERALLY anywhere else.

My wife put $1000 down on a new Corolla. Was told it will land within 12 months. We felt that is fair considering that’s the new, new.

When we found a better car $15,000 cheaper, 3 times faster and 10x more interesting. CMI Cheltenham firstly refused to provide a refund, we had to threaten ACCC.

They kept telling us, we are making a mistake, and that Hyundai is garbage, fully and blatantly disrespect and slander.

A year gone by I wanted a GR Corolla. They offered me less than 5% of the dealer value for my car, and the way it was said was the straight from the book of charlatans.
