SA Hot Water Adelaide

After my old hot water system sprang a leak I called SA Hot Water. They explained all the options and installed a new one that day. Was anticipating being without hot water for a few days, but no, these installed a new Bosch system that afternoon. Even included 2 temperature controllers. Would recommend.

I would not recommend using this company what so ever.
I called them out to my property providing them with instructions that my 6 year old hot water system needed a service.
When the plumber go there he said the hot water system was not the issue but the shower head was so he replaced this instead. When he left I asked him to check the water temperature of the shower before leaving to ensure this was the issue.
The issue was not resolved and instead I had to call them back this time to service the hot water system which was the issue originally.
They charged me two bills, one that was a direct result of their recommendation and in fact not the issue. I should not have been charged for two call out fees when they did not do what they were told to do in the first instance and when they made the wrong recommendation.
This is theft in my opinion and I would not recommend using this company.
