I received a text message regarding the proscription I had on order there saying it’s ready for pick up. Called the pharmacy to confirm that it’s ready for the pick up, as in previous experience they have messed up my proscription, and I was told it’s ready to be picked up. After arriving I was told the order is not ready and she is not sure why her colleagues has told me that the order is ready. Asked her to cancel the order and give the proscription back to me and she ended up using one of my repeats for the medication I never received. No apologies, nothing. Unbelievably rude and arrogant. Do not support this business.

This place saves me $100s of dollars a year because it is generally cheaper than the other chemist chains for prescriptions. The pharmacists take the time to ask you questions and check for contraindications. It was also the only place that stocked the Oral B toothpaste that wouldnt give me ulcers. The garish pink and green price stickers everywhere are not the prettiest - but I guess that is their marketing point of difference - similar to JB HI FI I suppose. It is open till 8 in the week and till 6 on the weekend - which is useful.
