Sandringham Golf Course

This is my local course and I have played here more than 100 times. It is a course of surprising challenge and is now in fantastic condition since Royal Melbourne took over managing it a couple of years ago. You can book up to 10 days in advance (and bookings are in high demand). Ring on Wednesday at 7.00 am to book for the weekend 10 days away.
Favourite holes for me are 11 through 18. Most private courses would be happy to have such a stretch and the 14th was originally part of Royal Melbourne. $19.50 for 9 holes and $35 for 18.
I rate it amongst the top 5 public courses in suburban Melbourne and the best in the south of the city. (Cheltenham is good too but only 9 holes).
