Southland Village Cinemas, Europa, Vmax & Gold Class

Very bad experience with seating every single time. Fail to change torn seats it is extremely filthy and dirty. For the amount of money spent on tickets at-least the company should be able to provide better seating. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too. Went to Euro in hopes of better experience compared to standard but Village cinema fails to create a comfortable experience.

We usually go to the Doncaster Gold Class but due to limited sessions, had to go south last weekend. Service was good in the seating area but that was about it. The toilets were very dirty even though they have a roster pinned up on the wall for rotation cleaning and there were bloody tissues on the floor in the corner of the mens toilets (obviously not a Gold Class Experience). We paid approx $60 for food and I could have cooked a better meal for much less. If you are going to charge people a premium price then your services and products must meet the same level of excellence. We will just stick to going to Doncaster now...

Our Gold class experience in Southland was fantastic. Loved the movie was saw! We were given vouchers for my birthday including a food voucher so it made it an awesome experience. Ordered the food at the start from friendly staff that were very engaging & showed us to our seats but did need a reminder about our deserts. Overall the experience was great & highly recommend!

Cinema Europa was absolutely nothing special. Supposedly a more sophisticated smaller cinema but is grubby and has bare hard wooden seats worse than a food court. All food and drinks expensive. I prefer the Palace cinemas in Brighton.
