Stacie's Mobile Nail, Beauty & Makeup Service

Just want to bring to everybody’s attention the unsatisfactory service received from Stacie Bee Bee who resides in Korralbyn and trades as Stacie Bee Bee Beauty. She is a mobile beauty service technician.. I paid her $70 for an acrylic nail refill. I was originally quoted $60, which I was happy to pay as she offered the convenience of coming to my house. However upon arrival and set up she told me that there would be a $10 additional fee to remove existing polish. As she had set up I agreed although annoyed and am kicking myself now. As you can see from the photos, every finger was cut and are swollen and were bleeding. The polish bubbled and peeled off 2 hours after she was finished and the acrylic was uneven, overlapped the sides of my fingers and approximately 10mm thick causing my nails to hurt. Most nails were not filed correctly and some chipped immediately. I was forced to go to a salon and pay extra money to get them fixed. I attempted to contact Stacie Bee Bee requesting a refund but she has refused to acknowledge or speak with me. I don’t like doing these posts but she did mention that she had 3 weddings coming up in August and October and I really would hate for the brides day to be ruined by this lady. My advice is avoid. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never experienced this before. Being in business myself I am the first to support small business but you need to give service and acknowledge and rectify when you fail to please the customer. Today I am down $115 and 2 smokes (because she mooched them off me).
