McDonald's Road Construction

They were paid in full for a job, which was not completed for unforseen circumstnces. They owed us $13,000 total, and after a year and a half, have not paid it back in full- will not answer phones now or return messaged. They still owe $3,000. They are crooks. and impossible to deal with.
