Eric Bilston Removals

Moved a 2 bedroom house from Sydney to Perth. They were contracted by the original people we hired to do the Perth pick up and drop off. Our items arrived 6 days late with no notice. Could never get a hold of anyone and no one would call us back. Very unprofessional. Would not reccomend to anyone.

What a joke! The only thing these guys have been able to remove so far has been my sanity.

We purchased furniture while in Sydney and the supplier used Eric Bilston removals to freight to Perth and deliver to our house. After confirming that the furniture had arrived in Perth I called on a Tuesday to confirm what day to expect delivery and was told Wednesday afternoon. After no delivery I called and was told "Thursday afternoon". No delivery again. Called again "We will aim for Friday afternoon". It is now Wednesday morning the following week (7 days later than the original delivery date) and still no delivery. They no longer return my calls as apparently I am rude when I speak to them.

Yellow pages doesn't allow a zero star rating so please treat my one star as a negative 1 star.

My name is Joan and I bought a lounge in December last year from Home Q after waiting 7 months for my lounge. It was put into the hands of Eric Bilston Removal Company Sydney. Constantly ringing to find out what is happening, firstly from Home Q to find out where my lounge is and then from Eric Bilston Removals in Sydney. Eric Bilston said my lounge was at the Wangara store in Perth for a week and a half as Home Q did not pay their invoice, I said what!! After that was sorted I asked when will it be delivered, the same guy i speak to at Eric Bilston in Sydney said next week. Never showed, no call nothing. Rang them again, yes delivery next Tuesday, never showed, now phone call nothing. Rang again, definately thursday between 12 and 2pm, my daughter waited, never showed. I rang Eric Bilston Removals Sydney this morning and asked them what is happening you promised this and that still nothing. No phone calls, i am always chasing you. I am at the end of my tether. He said "get your tether and dont call me back". No lounge back to you Home Q. Is there a lounge ???? I wonder?? I have demanded no more b.....s.....I want it today!! Unfortunately i have to rate a star for this review. :(
