Yesterday, late in the afternoon, we took our printer to be checked, as I had inadvertently jammed it, just out of warranty. Ryan was available to help, so immediately looked at our problem and managed to solve it. He is our hero, and such a delightful young man. Thank you, Ryan- you deserve a bonus!

Officeworks Chirnside park is absolutely woeful. Wanted to get some printing done. Staff won't do it. You have to self serve after buying a card with credit as it won't accept a debit card. Plugged the USB in and the system would not take a USB with a word document it came up file not supported. It was only a script for a movie. Will not be coming here again

Had the worst experience with the print and copy staff today - they didnt come to help us while we stood waiting for over twenty minutes and it took me saying to a manager can we please get some help that someone said they were off to get for them to notice us. They then didnt know the reason why we were there which was meant to be followed up from the night before. Really annoying and wont be going back.

I would like to thank the staff at chirnside park for their very friendly and helpful service at 8.30am this morning a very nice lady greeted me as I walked in and straight away called a young man to help me find the right back support office chair that I needed for doing my craft work. The young man was so polite and helpful and even carried my purchase and put in the car for me as I'm not allowed to lift. I'm sorry I didn't take note of their names but it was a pleasure shopping at your store.
