Run as fast as you can AWAY from this firm. They took 5 months to complete our personal tax returns which is a ridiculously long time. There were multiple errors made by them including basic mathematical errors and putting wrong figures into the return review copy. They took a long time to get necessary paperwork back to us when asked for it and we had to ask for it multiple times to complete the returns and review the work to see if correct causing the delay in finalizing them. Additionally we had to get the Tax Professionals Board to intervene on our behalf to get any of our rightful refund returned to us as they received it into their account without notifying us that this was the case and did not return any part of it to us within 14 days as they are required to do. We had to ring the ATO to even find out that our refund had already been sent out. I would never recommend anyone using this service. It has been nothing but a stressful headache dealing with them. I would give them zero stars but the system requires at least one.
