Ashton Avenue Medical Centre

My experience here has been positive, I have had excellent care and the staff have been friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Possibly the worst run medical centre I have been in, that is, if you are a patient. On two occasions I have made an appointment, waited a full 45 minutes, and then just canceled and walked out. I am yet to meet a receptionist at this practice that actually shows any regard for the patient and their time. Common decency would be a simple phone call ten minutes prior to the patients appointment, just to let them know they are running an HOUR late. But this appears to be too much to ask. If you're not feeling 100%, don't go here. I'd love to comment on the doctors too, but only having met one in three separate visits, I can't. They clearly feel it's ok to keep people waiting, and I do wonder how they'd feel if they got the bill for the time wasted?
