Cloud Nine Dry Cleaner

Such a negative experience I have X3 blankets taken in and dry cleaned when I wrote a negative comment on their Facebook bussiness page the owner started abusing me and bullying me he took no ownership and instead told me I’m globally damaging his bussiness when he has ruined my blanket no apology only vile abuse thrown at me I have never been disrespected by a bussiness in my entire life im extremely shaken by the whole experience and was planing to go in to get my money back but the owner is clearly not stable with the comments he made to me. do yourself a favour and save yourself heartache and go somewhere else!

After I complained from damage done by this store to a dress I had hired and handed to them with a little bit of dirt on it. I got some terrible customer service in which they refused to take responsibility for the damage and we're incredibly rude throughout the entire experience. As my office uses then I decided to give them a second chance and have a pair of silk shorts dry cleaned. Instead of offering to be careful they have simply refused to clean them all together.

Terrible Service & Damaged Clothes. Will never try again nor recommend.
