- been trying to call sales team for 2 weeks, never ever pick up call.

- payment process feel insecure.

- sales team takes forever to reply email, and some questions asked multiple times the sales team been avoiding to answer.

- driving instructor talking too much and distracting student driving leads to many mistake.

- driving instructor always finish the session few minutes early.

- no summary or proper explanation of mistakes and learning after the sessions. student get confused and feels learning nothing.

- driving instructor gets agitated when asking her when student asked about following rules from book.

- driving instructor provide instructions without explaining details.

- it's very difficult to get driving instructor to reply email, many email or sms being ignored. She said she doesn't have time to check her email and she have things to do after work.

- when driving instructor attempt correct student mistake, she terrified me and continued talking non stop and giving me the next instructions. Student having difficult time learn mistakes to avoid happening again in the future due to the fact that student still trying to recover from the shock of the force interuption from driving instructor and constantly talking while giving the next

- driving instructor often ignore answering student's driving questions during learning session by giving instruction for next move or talking something else.

- driving instructor judge student driving ability everytime before starts driving or assess their capabilities.

- driving instructor make student have no confidence to drive and indirectly indicate student to pay for more lessons.

Vinnie was amazing in helping me to prepare for my driving test. I really appreciate his patience and ease and it was very reassuring to have him next to the driver's seat. Would definitely recommend him as an instructor for my brother when he starts driving in the near future.

I would like to thank Alex Driving School and my wonderful, patient instructor Elias. He taught me how to undertake each step with confidence. He taught me how, when and why to take each step, and made sure i felt comfortable throughout. I look forward to purchasing my first car!! Elias, its been a pleasure learning under your instruction.

Great experience with Alex Driving School. My instructor, Steve Adcock was very patient and calm throughout my 10 lesson course. After my 10 lesson package as a beginner i feel very confident in passing my test. O highly recommend this to anyone who is scared to take the test for the first time. Once again, thank you so much to Steve...you are the best

I am so happy as i got my lisence today. Espeacially I thank george about this. He is very good instructer. He never be panic or never make others panic. He give confisence to the learners that they can do well.. I was not expecting that i will be able to do deive test and clear. But it happened thats only because of george. I am areally happy. Thank you george once again.

Poor customer service, also agreement with driving instructor to cancel test due to issue with car not acknowledged by management. Also hides "terms and conditions" when booking. They also missed the first lesson entirely and I had to contact to make a new date. Very poor.

My first lesson, the instructor was late by over an hour. For the entire lesson she texted on her phone and talked about her personal life the whole time. The second lesson was the same. The third lesson she texted me at 10pm the night before to reshedule and I had to cancel. I had booked a 5 lesson package and was told the next time I tried to book that my lessons had expired. Horrible, unprofessional business. Would not reccommend to anyone.
