Do I need to be a member to use your service?
No not at all, anyone is welcome so give us a call!
Should I expect any surprise costs?
No, you should not! If we find any surprises ourselves, we will contact you immediately, let you know of the problem and advise you of the cost of the repair and leave this decision entirely up to you. We will never go ahead and fix something without the permission of the customer.
Can you do all repairs?
We have highly experienced technicians and will never send you away without solving your car's problem. If there is something that is out of our scope we will always get in one of our external specialists WE trust to fix the problem, whatever it may be.
How often should I have my vehicle serviced?
We recommend every 10,000km or 6 months, but we will always send you a friendly service reminder to let you know when your vehicle is due for its next service.
Do you offer same day service?
We will always strive to accommodate same day service but unfortunately can never guarantee it. We will always let you know exactly when your car will be ready though so you can plan your life around it without any worries.
Are you close to transport?
Yes we are! We are happy to drive you to Clarkson train station or Ocean Keys should you need!
Are your mechanics qualified?
Yes, we only employ fully qualified technicians with great experience and skill so you can expect nothing less than the best for your car.

I have been using Mobil Mindarie since they have opened. I like how they talk to me in a straight (no crap) and easy to understand manner. Plus the reports they give me on what is due next service is excellent. I now have been sending my mum to this workshop and she feels like a very important customer :)

we have been customers of Mobil Mindarie Workshop for more then 15 years. Dave and the boys are the best in the business! Very honest and trustworthy, I would not send my family cars anywhere else.

Not only were the management or owners rude, the way they spoke to their employees in front of me were absolutely disgraceful.
I felt so ashamed for theirs sake.
All the mechanic did was try to help!

I took my car for a service. Id heard good things so I was confident they would do a good job. I was told that I would get a call when it was complete. I ended up calling as it was almost closing and was concerned my car wouldn't be ready. When i asked the young man who took my call how much it was he quoted me well above my initial quote. When I tried to ask why it was so much he tried to explain they'd replaced something without my permission. When I asked to speak to the manager he was extremely rude and arrogant and said "I'll just take it out then shall I. I have the old one here so I'll just put that back in". I have never used a mechanic who was so rude! I was absolutely disgusted with his attitude. I had always been contacted when mechanics had do change somethinh or do something other than what I was initially quoted for. Would never use them again and would advise others aswell. Very bad customer service!

I went because of an offer i received in my letterbox for a $129 major service. When I came to collect my car, they had only done a minor service, and although there were no problems with the car it cost me $200! When I asked why I was given a rude response and a very poor explanation. I am still non the wiser and I certainly won't use them again.
