Pool & Spa Hut

Arrogance in abundance at this place. Particularly from the owner Grant. I've been going there for 13 years buying products including sand filters, filters, a chlorinator, salt cell, pool cleaner, hoses and all my pool chemicals. I even had Grant install my whole pool system.



My brother in law and work colleague used to go to him but switched over to the pool shop on Anchorage Dve in Mindarie a few years ago after being tired of the arrogance and being spoken down to when you go in to the store. They suggested I switch over too. I foolishly remained loyal and continued going there.



After getting my water tested today, I went home to put the chemicals recommended into the pool, chemicals that I bought from his store previously (drums of chlorine and acid).



He phoned me a short time later rudely and arrogantly telling me that I'm not welcome in his store anymore and falsely accused me of getting my water tested at his shop, then buying the chemicals from Bunnings. I don't even know where the stuff is in Bunnings.



What kind of an idiot treats loyal customers like that? A great way to lose customers, makes great business sense. Multiple people I know now who have switched from him to other shops. He posted an advert seeking a staff member but said they must have good communication skills. A bit rich coming from him.



Save yourself being spoken to like you're a fool. Go to the shop on Anchorage Drive where they are very friendly and treat customers respectfully.

Grant and his staff are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Of the several local pool services in the area they are providing value for money and professionalism.
