Daren's Cut n Blow for Dogs

I encountered an unprofessional and discourteous attitude from Darren, which made the entire experience and booking quite unpleasant and really disappointing. Not only did Darren show up 30 minutes before the booking at my house while i was in a work meeting and couldn't answer the door and get my dog ready, he then proceeded to yell profanity at me on the phone proclaiming "to bad its raining" and " you want the appointment or not" I refused the booking. Darren's interactions were also dismissive and and made me incredibly uncomfortable and feeling uneasy that this guy talks to women like this. I understand that running a busy business can be challenging, but I was very disappointed with the lack of customer care and respect shown during my visit. I would never book with him and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Terrible, arrogant just plain rude - No way l I would trust him with my dog!
