Poor workmanship, car went from running perfectly prior to a service to poor straight after. They do not guarantee their work. Don't trust what they tell you, get a second opinion so you don't waste your money.

went to hondaworld brought some items and was told to come back in a few days so they could take everything off car and make sure everything was together , rang few days later was told all was ready to pick up ,
sent wife to pickup and they only included half the items
after phoning about 10 times and each and every time getting told they would phone me back they said they lost some of the items that were supposed to be with kit and the others were broken so I suggested I would bring them back for either refund or swap over for some other parts we were looking for , was told by chris this was ok so I said I would get the wife to come past the next day with them
then 5 minutes later I receive a phone call from chris again threatening me , telling me I better come in so him and the boys can see me
then got several text messages from him and then finally some time later after i tell him the whole thing is recorded he says all is fine he is just frustrated with staff not doing what they are told
sorry but as much as staff can be a headache to any boss and even the best companies make mistakes with orders sometimes there is no excuse to threaten a customer after your business stuffs an order up , it should have just been fixed up in a business like manner
they will never see a cent of my money again

Hondworld are the best Honda wreckers I have dealt with. I first contacted Thomas, the owner of Hondworld while I was living in Sydney. He had the best price for a passenger outdoor mirror, albeit it was in the wrong colour, so I had it shipped to Sydney. They have the best offering of Honda parts with competitive prices. I am now living in Melbourne and I could not use any other wreckers as Hondworld once again had all the parts I needed for my Honda Jazz. And this time it was 6 items. From the

( To Kelly C. What a load of rubbish.) I filled in a request for parts Quote yesterday. I had a reply this morning stating the part was in stock and quoted price. Called to Clayton branch, they supplied and fitted in about 20 Min. The staff led by Chris were exceptionally polite and helpful. 11/10 Well done guys I'll be back ......

Do not normally write reviews but after prompt friendly service to fix an issue that had been troubling several other mechanics swiftly and for a very reasonable price, plus a great service that restored my Jazz fuel efficiency I felt compelled. I wish I had taken my car here years ago.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. Incredibly rude staff (one in particular, which unfortunately I believe is the boss). I ordered a part and was told it will be shipped off the following day, a week and a half later called up to see why I still had not received the part and was told I would be contacted within the hour for an update (this call I did not receive) this repeated around 3 times.
The second last call I made I was told the part was dispatched, but was returned as the address was incorrect, even though when I initially ordered the part I had the address repeated back to me. I was then told the part will be sent out in the morning to the correct address.
3 days later, I called to check the progress (to make sure that it was ACTUALLY sent this time) and was told that they didn't even have the part. The representative I was speaking with then tried to immediately hang up without discussing a refund, although I insisted on a receipt number, I then tried to speak and was hung-up on.
I went on a few forums and saw this was a pretty regular occurrence. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy being screwed around and love bad customer service.
TL;DR - horrible service and good liars.
