      A class service. I was in a real jam and the team here really helped me out and were fantastic!

      The guys did a really great job on the move. They were on time, it was a clean job and everything looked safe and secure in the truck.

      The team in the office saved my life basically. From Michelle to Kylie and even Felicity they made the whole move easy and if I move again (which is never because lets face it.. Moving is not fun) I will defo go with Kent again!

      I don't like moving. But when I do, it's a relief to use a company as professional as Kent. All the staff were helpful, and the crew that did the move were courteous, friendly, and careful.

      I just did a local move within Melbourne with these guys and while it wasn't perfect by any stretch I had an overall very positive experience.

      The original quote was a bit off the guy thought the move would be doable by two guys in 8 hours I knew better and moved all the light, awkward shaped things that I could easily do myself on the weekend before with a hire van. I left all the heavy stuff and easily stack-able boxes for the two guys and what was left took two guys 8 hours.

      The move itself was done very well. They arrived when they said they would and I think one of them missed his calling as an olympian, such was his strength and endurance.

      While the distance traveled wasn't huge (local move) everything arrived in the condition that it left. The guys did a very good job packing everything very well with blankets and straps and nothing arrived broken, which is more than I can say for other removalists I have employed in the past.

      Afterwards I took issue with the way they tallied up the total cost (I disagreed with their calculation of their travel time from the depot to the pick up site and from the drop off site back to the depot) but I paid what was asked and lodged a complaint with their management who did an excellent job of resolving the issue and refunded me the amount that I disputed.

      So yeah, I was happy with the outcome. Well done Kent removals.
