Call someone else should be their motto. When the job gets too hard you will be told to fix it yourself. This has happened twice. They don't keep records of previous services. We had a rotten egg smell after a new aircon was installed and the owner didn't want anything to do with it. Finally got them to investigate. They fixed the problem. It re occurred and I was shocked there was no notes on how they fixed it. Three times I had to get them to look at our home ducted that was condensating. Finally had one of their technicians advise me of a solution. After they completed the job I noticed that the roof cavity was very cold and they had not completed reinsulating the joins like I asked. I also noticed they had torn two of the ducts. The owner told me bluntly to fix it myself. There are plenty of other providers. I now have a new one that couldn't be any more helpful
