After hours of searching for a dress to wear to my nephews wedding, I was relieved to find an absolutely gorgeous Red, lace dress by Jadore, that was perfect. You girls were great ( and I'm not the easiest person to please), I felt great on the day and got loads of compliments. Will definitely be visiting you again for the next formal event I have!!!'

I recently visited this store looking for a dress to wear to my sisters wedding, there was a lot to choose from and all reasonably priced. The dress I chose was not in stock in the colour I was after the staff were very helpful and ordered it in for me, it arrived a couple of days. I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism of the staff. I will return when the need arises and will recommend to my friends & family.

So hard to find good formal stores around Brisbane , especially in the Redlands . Was so glad to see this store open , the staff bent over backwards to help me find exactly what I wanted for my special day ! Couldntve been more pleased with the quality of the dress as well as the reasonable price .

Fantastic company to deal with. We have ordered all the way from the uk and Sensual Couture has been a dream to deal with, very promtu and incredibly professional. Havn't yet recieved the dresses but really can't wait to see them as they are exactly what we were after, and to choose in your own colourway was just a bonus. A hidden gem in Cleveland. Have had to get a couple of formal dresses for recent events and have been so happy with the great service, quality and prices at Sensual Couture. Would recommend to anyone, staff bend over backwards to help you.

As a new bride to be i didnt know what to expect walking into a bridal store. The staff were the most helpful, courteous honest people i have ever dealt with. Jade was extremely understanding of what i wanted and needed and did her upmost to help make the experience pleasurable. The shop was beautifully clean and well spaced out. Will highly reccomend this business. Great store

Well I finally picked up my dress this week I ordered it in November last year...the dress I ordered was a complete disaster so I ended up having to buy the shop model.....when I picked it up I asked if the train had been attached to the dress for the third time...I was told it had been done.....well I tried my dress on this morning to find it hadn't been done....when I lifted the skirt to fix it myself I found a needle and cotton still attached to the tule under the skirt....and the buttons to fix the train up to were hanging by a thread....my wedding is next weekend....lucky I didn't wait till the day to try the dress on.....not happy

My sister had a shocking experience when she ordered her wedding dress from this store. When she went for the fitting she first noticed the buttons weren't sewn on. She then realised the quality was far inferior from the one she tried on originally. Gathering around the neckline, poor workmanship. The shop dress was still there so she was able to take photos to compare. The shop staff must have noticed this but they were obviously hoping she hadn't. As it was too late to shop around for another dress, they agreed to have the shop dress cleaned and altered and to give a discount. She was still messed around as to when she could collect it, and then they tried to say it was a $150 discount rather than $200. You don't expect this from a shop - they are clearly getting inferior copies made of original dresses. Avoid this shop if you want a beautiful dress and a stress free experience.
