The Cheesecake Shop

The cheesecake shop Cleveland has always been my go-to cheesecake shop, I love their Black Forest torte better than many other cheesecake shop that I’ve been to.

We paid almost $200 for a custom cake that I could have made better with my eyes closed. The cake itself was almost inedible, not what was ordered and no one finished a slice. The design whilst sounded amazing when discussed with the "professional decorator" came back looking like an 8 year old had made the features of the cake and plonked them randomly on top. When I called the store the next day to discuss the quality of the cake, I was told off, verbally abused and hung up on mid sentence by the store manager, Bush. She then texted shortly after with what seemed like either a pity discount or a really poor bribe for my next offer. To top it off, the feedback form on the website doesn't work.



If you really want a cake, go anywhere else.
