Shope never open on time,, so poor and really bad,, this is the fifth time i am wasting my time

I have been an average customer at this shop for a number of years. People working in the shop are not bad however thier butchery products suck. They are often too old, smelly, badly cut and no consistancy and is frozen . I took the smelly meat back to the shop and the owner was frowning and didnt even appologise and behaved as if i was wrong. Get your act together guys

I have been going to this shop for over two years, its close and convenient with fair quality. Up until today i would have given it a good review, the owner hire some young, very rude, aggressive, bad attitude teens to work in the shop. We were serve with a rude attitude with personal comments made, the boy held our credit card and refuse to give it back, followed us out of the shop to try and start a fight, very disgusting behaviour. the girl serving was also rude with an attitude.
i think the owner is nice and with the right staff i would return, but i dont think it will be any time soon.
