Top quality service, friendly staff and our carpets came out spotless like brand new.

Do not use for duct cleaning. Very poor duct cleaning technique. While the staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with the duct cleaning method is terrible.
Problems that occurred:
- Tracked dirt from outside on the cleaners boots onto floors and carpets in the house. How hard is it to use shoe covers?
- Did not cover the vents and after cleaning the return air duct and heater unit, turned on the system and I watched dust and debris blow out from each vent. Everything in the house got covered in dust and who knows what else, including dust clinging to the walls and curtains.
- Then with the system blowing dusty air into the house put a compressed air line down each duct which just forced more dust and debris out into the house.
- Did not use a vacuum for the ducts but just used an upright domestic vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust and debris that was around the floor of each duct. Still left the crap covering furniture, beds, walls, curtain, etc. Even left forgetting to clean one of the ducts.
Finally do not sign the disclaimer - if you read it you'll understand why:
"I hereby acknowledge that the 'ducts' [hand written] has pre-existing damage and I accept all responsibility for any subsequent damage in requesting AtoZ cleaning to clean same. I agree not to hold the company liable in any form for any further damage sustained."

Update: Received a call from the company apologising for the way the ducts were 'cleaned'. The caller stated that this was not the way the company is supposed to clean the ducts and that shoe covers and duct covers are supposed to be used. The caller offered to partially refund the charges.
I'm still left with a mess and who knows what else has been blown out of my ducts. Regardless, be wary of the experience I suffered through and take on board what happened to me.
