Cowper Smash Repairs

First of all they took long time and then when did fix my car they left the front grill bar broken and used after market products on my car and if I would ask them why they did that then they have no answer.

The guy who normally answers the phone call he doesn't even know anything about customer service.



No doubt paint job was done nice. But what's the point as they left me with broken front bar grill with no ETA when they will fix it.



All up I will not recommend to anyone.

GIO repaired my car through this company. They took over 6 weeks to fix the car. A couple of months later I had further issues with my car door not locking. When I took it back to Cowpers, he had the audacity to say I must have damaged the car!!! I requested GIO to independently access the car and they confirmed that it was poor workmanship. Since then I have 2 other repairers fix my car (Ryde Accident Repair Centre who fixed the doors because they wont close and Cosgrove smash repairs Who had to replace the main frame, as Cowpers installed the frame incorrectly not according to the manufacturer, cutting the frame in the wrong spot and covering it up. Both Ryde and Cosgrove repairers commented on the poor workmanship. GIO has now paid three times to have my car fixed. I have been without a car for over 6 weeks because the hire car only covers the first 2 weeks of the issue. So think carefully before choosing Cowpers Smash Repairs !!!!

The admin is so cynical of cowper smash repairs.I repaired my honda civic 2009 from them but They said they'll ring me when it's ready but they never rang me. so i had to ring them 3 times on different days to ask the progress of the work on it.
