Frank is an institution and a joy. We own a driving school and Frank and his team have installed all of the dual controls in all 7 of our vehicles. He makes us get up at the crack of dawn and we have to be there by 9am but he is so fun to chat with it's worth the long 3 hour drive and aggravation :-D. Thank You Frank. Don't ever retire! After needing a hoist for my hubbies manual wheelchair, I was recommended to Franks Engineering in Baker Street Coburg Victoria , upon my first meeting and very warm and friendly greeting by Frank himself, hubby and I were made feel relaxed and comfortable, he explained and demonstrated the hoist for a lengthy time until I was totally comfortable with using the hoist, hubby and I agreed it to be the choice that suited our needs and we booked it in, we dropped the car off and had to leave it there for the day so we had to catch a Taxi home , Frank the owner stayed and chatted with us till the Taxi arrived, he didnt have to do that, we later picked up the car again he gave me alot of his time again to explain how to use it and said if we have any trouble call him and he will help us his attention to detail was out standing and valuable, we had a very pleasant and friendly experience , well done Franks Engineering
