The door gasket (seal) of my 6-year-old washing machine was ripped, causing water to leak and making the machine unusable.

I spoke to Beko (manufacturer), who gave me a few options for local service because my machine is out of warranty. I talked to 2-3 providers, and Colin (Tubs and Technology) was the one who listened and answered the numerous questions I had.

Beko initially sent in the wrong gasket, which delayed the repair. In the meantime, Colin went above and beyond and got us a spare washing machine that we could use. It was utterly helpful, as with our little one, there's just loads of washing, which becomes expensive and inconvenient if we have to go to the laundromat daily.

Eventually, he got the part from Beko, and he might have accelerated the process by following up with them because instead of 12 weeks, the part took a lot less to come from Turkey. We're delighted and grateful for the service and couldn't have asked for more.

Colin is a true professional. We had a problem with our dryer in 2021. After ordering the part, when Colin arrived at our place, we told him that the dryer seemed to be working again (without any repairs).

Colin did not charge us for the call out visit, even though he had made the effort to come.

Two years later in 2023, the dryer finally gave way. We called him back and he replaced the part and only charged us the call out fee this time. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and kept up the communication about his arrival time. Highly recommended.

I contacted Colin who took the time to listen to what my washing machine was doing. The same day by the afternoon, he had the parts & came out & fixed the problem.

I have a older Kenwood clothes dryer and could not find a supplier for the drum belt anywhere in NSW.
Found Colin of Tubs and Technology on the internet. The end story is he found the right belt and sent it to me. My wife is happy and so am I. Thanks a heap Colin
