Mad Plumbing Services

Would definitely not book MAD plumbing again. Very unprofessional and was given a quote that was almost $1000 over what I paid a different plumbing company. Don't waste your money on a call out fee.

I wish I had read reviews before booking these shonky shysters: I booked a plumber by phone to come during a 3 hour window today between 10am - 1pm. At 12pm I rang to enquire if the plumber was on their way - confirmed he was. At 1.40pm I rang again - plumber was confirmed to be 20mins away. At 3pm I rang again as the plumber had not arrived. 2 hours after the allotted window a plumber came. He cleary was not there to work as he had obviously clocked off for the day (wet hair from a shower and lots of aftershave). Instead of doing the job (fit a new toilet - which I had there box-fresh) as discussed on the phone days before he quoted the job for next week (and the quote was huge!!!!).



I was also promised a call back from the manager on the phone lines to let me know why the plumber turned up 5 hours after the allotted time. Terrible Service. MAD Plumbing Run by Plumbfirst Plumbing - DO NOT BOOK

I booked for a blocked patio drain.

Jesse and Dermott were knowledgeable and quickly identified a different location problem.

Dermott the apprentice was great, explained all works in progress and while diligently rectifying the problem: kept me informed of progress.

He will be a great asset to your business.

They are not called MAD for no reason. They 100% ripped me off with putting a new toilet in that still constantly blocks. BEWARE ppl...run a mile

I booked in for a job and they gave me a time (3hr window) towards the end of 3hrs i called and asked what's happening "oh there was a gas leakage and our guy could not leave it" , they didn't inform or anything. I said fine book again for later that arvo, called them 2 hrs in within their 3 hr window, "we're sorry we're trying our best" nd i asked is the guy coming or not? , "we're trying our best" , probably not a real company and something shady going on in the background. Not recommended at all!

Absolutely terrible service. They have ripped off and taken advantage of my client. Before they started work they requested for the client to sign paperwork for approval to go ahead with the work 10 minutes later the plumber broke his jetting tool when clearing underground pipes. Then the plumber charge the client and additional $900 to replace his tool that he broke including the call that fee came to a grand total of $1,400 for 10 minutes work and the underground pipes are still clogged. The paperwork that the client signed to approve the work also stated that any tools that get broken while working on the job is to be financially reimbursed from the client. later on that afternoon I researched how much the jetting tool nozzle is worth that broke on the jetting machine it is worth $28..... so my client got charged $900 for a jetting call nozzle grand total of $1,400 for 10 minutes work and nothing was completed this company is only out to scam people out of money BEWARE!!!!!

Personally I'm not even sure if they are qualified plumbers
