Gone are the days when I'd go to this clinic (under the previous owner) when a BCC would be identified on the first visit and removed, then and there, and all bulk billed. Now, it entails three visits, and the excision of a BBC < 4mm incurs a very large out-of-pocket cost. The attention to detail of the doctor I saw was very unimpressive. He missed looking at two suspicious lesions I had pointed out and I had to go back again after my confusion created by the chaotic examination had settled.
