The Robert Burns experiences I've had have been made or broken by the wait staff. Thankfully they've got more good staff than bad! We've found the best way to go here is gauge how knowledgeable your server is and if they're switched on then just ask them to feed you. What follows is a great sampling of the menu and some delicious wine to match.

Favourite moment here was one particular waiter who would even come and sit and chat with us when someone vacated their seat to use the bathroom - made for a very fun dinner!
